Adiós 2019! 👋🏽
Vuosi 2019 ansaitsee kyllä ihan oman päivityksensä. Olipahan muuten vuosi. 2019 kasvatti mua urheilijana varmaan eniten koskaan. Treenihommat muuttu tosi paljon, ja opin kuuntelemaan omaa kroppaa paljon paremmin kuin ennen. Tuloksiin tuli selkeetä parannusta, mutta ennen kaikkea itseluottamus nousi etenkin kisatilanteissa. En oo koskaan ollu luovuttaja, mutta nyt oli ihan eri meininki lähtöviivalla ja reitillä. Vitsit!!! 2020 bring it on!!!
